A rich and creamy pasta dish combining succulent shrimp and tender steak in a delightful Alfredo sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions, ensuring it is al dente. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. Combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Toss the thinly sliced steak and shrimp in the mixture until well coated.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side, then move to a plate to rest.
  4. Add the shrimp to the same skillet and sauté until pink and fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  5. Combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large skillet. Bring to a gentle simmer and let it thicken for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked steak and shrimp into the Alfredo sauce, mixing to coat.
  7. Introduce the cooked penne pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine until each piece is enveloped in the sauce.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
