Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil a pot of water, add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Caramelize the Onions: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, then thinly sliced onions. Stir frequently for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add Garlic and Chili Oil: Introduce minced garlic and chili oil to the skillet, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.

  5. Mix in the Pasta: Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing thoroughly to coat.
