  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse the strawberries gently under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Slice off the tops of each strawberry and hollow out a small portion from the inside.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Transfer the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag and fill each hollowed-out strawberry generously.
  5. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of the filled strawberries.
