  • 2 apples (1 green and 1 red), chopped
  • 1 pack (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit: Slice the fresh strawberries into rounds and chop the apples into cubes. Place all the fruit into a large bowl.
  2. Make the cheesecake mixture: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
