Delicious and comforting bites packed with creamy cheeses and tender broccoli, perfect as an appetizer or snack.

  • 2 cups steamed broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup egg, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine chopped steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure the broccoli is steamed until tender but not mushy. Allow it to cool slightly before mixing to avoid cooking the egg.
