Delicious and stretchy cheesy breadsticks, perfect for sharing or indulging on your own.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough generously with olive oil.
  5. Evenly sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper across the surface.
  6. Layer a generous helping of shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the dough.
  7. Grab a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the dough into strips about 1 inch wide.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  9. Once baked, remove from the oven and let the breadsticks cool slightly.
  10. If desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
