A delightful dish combining succulent chicken, melted cheese, and garlic in a quick and easy wrap.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. Melt the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese into the chicken mixture off heat.
  5. Prepare the tortillas by warming them in the microwave or skillet.
  6. Assemble the wraps by dividing the chicken mixture among the tortillas, adding sour cream if desired.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken beforehand or add sautéed vegetables.
