Mouthwatering bites filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and aromatic garlic, all enveloped in golden, flaky biscuit dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the ground beef and diced onions in a skillet over medium heat for about 7-8 minutes.
  3. Drain excess fat from the skillet then stir in the Worcestershire sauce, along with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and gooey.
  5. Roll out the biscuit dough, flatten each biscuit in your palm, and spoon the beef mixture into the center.
  6. Pinch the dough around the filling to secure it completely.
  7. Arrange the stuffed dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
  8. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl, then brush this mixture over the dough balls.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Make sure the ground beef is well-cooked but not overdone, and allow the beef mixture to cool slightly before filling the biscuit dough.
