  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Add ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic to a skillet over medium heat and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape.
  6. Spread the beef and cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  7. Roll the dough into a log, sealing the edges tightly.
  8. Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet, and brush with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
