  • 2 – 8 oz salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 8 oz raw shrimp, no tails
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Pour the olive oil into a medium skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic, stirring frequently.
  4. Add the shrimp, cooking until pink and opaque.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in mayonnaise, Parmesan, and mozzarella.
  6. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Stuff the fillets with the shrimp mixture.
  8. Season each fillet with salt and pepper.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes.
  10. Broil for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
