  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken and chopped spinach in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese and sour cream, folding gently.
  4. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and optional breadcrumbs.
