  • 24 crispy crackers
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Spread the peanut butter: Take half of the crispy crackers and generously spread a luscious layer of creamy peanut butter on each one. Press them down gently to ensure they stick together.
  2. Add marshmallow fluff: Top each peanut buttered cracker with a dollop of marshmallow fluff and place the remaining crackers on top to form sandwiches.
  3. Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Dip the sandwiches: Dip each cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
