An indulgent cheesecake featuring a creamy blend of chocolate and strawberry swirls, perfect for celebrations and special occasions.

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup strawberry purée

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and pressing into a springform pan. Chill.
  2. Make the filling by beating softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth, then adding eggs one at a time and mixing in vanilla.
  3. Add melted dark chocolate to one bowl of the cream cheese mixture, and mix strawberry purée into the other bowl.
  4. Swirl alternating dollops of both mixtures onto the chilled crust and create marbled patterns. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Chill the cheesecake at room temperature then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
