  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the cottage cheese, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a spacious bowl.
  2. Add the olive oil and warm water, stirring gently to amalgamate the ingredients into a dough.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for 5-7 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each one into a flat circle.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm, optionally sprinkled with fresh herbs before serving.
