A quick and comforting dish featuring mushroom ravioli enveloped in a rich, creamy sauce with sautéed garlic and earthy mushrooms.

  • 9 oz mushroom ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced (button, cremini, or shiitake)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the mushroom ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until golden brown.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Gently toss the cooked ravioli in the sauce until coated without breaking them.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
