Delicious pinwheels made with cream cheese, feta, and cranberries, perfect for any gathering or as a quick snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, crumbly feta cheese, chopped dried cranberries, honey, and fresh parsley in a medium bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined into a creamy filling.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Give it a taste test to ensure it’s just right.
  3. Prepare a flat surface and lay out your flour tortillas evenly to make spreading easier.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly across each tortilla using a spatula for a smooth finish.
  5. Start from one edge, tightly roll each tortilla into a log shape, rolling snugly but carefully to prevent tearing.
  6. Slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife with a gentle sawing motion for clean cuts.
  7. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
