A luxuriously creamy dish featuring succulent chicken breasts enveloped in a rich Asiago and Parmesan cheese sauce.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by heating 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Once the oil is hot, cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. Create the creamy sauce by pouring in the heavy cream and chicken broth into the same skillet. Bring to a gentle simmer, then add the grated Asiago and Parmesan cheeses, stirring continuously until the sauce is smooth.
  3. Combine the cooked chicken with the sauce, gently coating it and allowing it to simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley, alongside pasta, rice, or steamed vegetables.
