  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Cut each refrigerated biscuit into quarters and scatter them over the chicken mixture.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the biscuit pieces.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole bubbles.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
