Indulge in Easy Creamy Garlic Lobster Tails, a luxurious dish featuring tender lobster meat and a rich garlic sauce that makes every bite a special occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails (5 to 6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter (for sauce)
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (for sauce)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your broiler to high and cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise, pulling the meat slightly upward to expose it beautifully.
  2. Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Brush the mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
  4. Broil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes, watching for them to turn opaque and golden.
  5. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a small saucepan, adding flour and stirring for about a minute until it forms a paste.
  6. Whisk in the heavy cream, allowing it to thicken to a luxurious consistency.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan and remaining minced garlic, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve the broiled lobster tails drizzled with the sauce and garnished with fresh chopped parsley.

Notes

Choose fresh lobster tails and watch them closely while broiling to avoid overcooking.
