An indulgent dessert featuring creamy peanut butter in a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for treatment at any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling
  • Chopped peanuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted unsalted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press this mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Blend together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and spread it evenly.
  4. Refrigerate the pie for at least 240 minutes, or overnight for the best results.
  5. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped peanuts just before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for a creamy filling. Don’t skip the chilling time to ensure the pie sets properly.
