Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
  • 1 tbsp sugar (for raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Press the edges down gently into a greased muffin tin to create a cup shape.
  4. Beat the cream cheese until creamy, then blend in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the mashed raspberries with sugar and lemon zest in a separate bowl.
  6. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each triangle, topped with the raspberry mixture.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is softened. Avoid overbaking for golden bites without burning.
