Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 (8 oz) salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 8 oz raw shrimp, no tails
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pour in the olive oil and add the minced garlic in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the raw shrimp until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  4. Stir in the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese into the cooked shrimp.
  5. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a lined baking sheet and stuff with the shrimp mixture.
  6. Season the stuffed salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Switch to broil for an additional 5 minutes for a golden-brown crust.

Notes

Ensure shrimp are deveined and without tails for easy stuffing. Monitor the oven closely while broiling to avoid burning.
