A comforting and creamy dish featuring Velveeta cheese and ground beef combined with bowtie pasta for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 big block of Velveeta cheese
  • 1 8oz block of cream cheese
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes with chilies
  • 2.25 pounds of ground beef
  • 1 box of bowtie noodles

Instructions

  1. Begin by browning the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and transfer to a crockpot.
  2. Slice the Velveeta and cream cheese into manageable chunks, then add to the crockpot along with the cream of chicken soup and undrained Rotel tomatoes.
  3. Stir all ingredients together in the crockpot until well combined.
  4. Cover and let cook on low heat for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cook the bowtie noodles according to package directions about 20 minutes before serving. Drain and add to the crockpot.
  6. Serve the creamy, cheesy dinner warm to your family and friends.

Notes

Drain the ground beef well to avoid a greasy texture. Stir regularly to prevent the cheese from becoming grainy.
