A deliciously satisfying dish featuring tender chicken breasts topped with creamy Caesar dressing, gooey provolone cheese, and crunchy croutons.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs boneless and skinless chicken breast
  • 6 tbsp creamy Caesar dressing
  • 6 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup Caesar-style croutons
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts flat in a large baking dish.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of creamy Caesar dressing over each chicken breast.
  5. Lay the sliced provolone cheese over the chicken.
  6. Crush the croutons into crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  7. Spread the buttery crouton mixture over the cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the Caesar dressing for a few hours or overnight. Ensure to check for doneness with a meat thermometer; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
