Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1⁄2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1⁄2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust layer by combining graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  2. Make the cream cheese layer by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  3. Prepare the pecan pie layer by whisking together corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir in chopped pecans and pour over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Chill the pecan pie lasagna for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to set.
  5. Serve by drizzling caramel sauce on top and sprinkling with additional chopped pecans before slicing.

Notes

For best flavor, chill overnight. Ensure cream cheese is softened before mixing, and do not rush the chilling process to avoid soupy layers.
