A rich and creamy dessert featuring layers of pecan pie and cream cheese, drizzled with caramel sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust layer by combining graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Stir until the crumbs are thoroughly coated and the mixture resembles damp sand. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  2. Make the cream cheese layer by beating the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until just combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the crust layer.
  3. Prepare the pecan pie layer by whisking together the light corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the chopped pecans.
  4. Chill the pecan pie lasagna for at least four hours, or ideally overnight, to allow it to set properly.
  5. Serve by drizzling caramel sauce on top and sprinkling additional chopped pecans for garnish. Slice into squares.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother blend. Chilling overnight is recommended for the best texture.
