Delightful Raspberry Cream Cheese Bites that combine creamy richness with sweet-tart raspberries, perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
  • 1 tbsp sugar (for raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles, pressing the edges down in a greased muffin tin.
  3. Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Mix the mashed raspberries with sugar and lemon zest in a separate bowl.
  5. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each triangle and top with the raspberry mixture.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving and garnish if desired.
