  • 3/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and arrange them in a single layer in a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter.
  4. Remove the melted butter from heat and stir in the lemon juice and zest.
  5. Brush the lemon butter generously over the cod fillets.
  6. Season with garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
  7. Flip the fillets and repeat the seasoning on the other side.
  8. Bake the cod in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
