  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • Pastel-colored candy eggs (for decoration)
  • Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the yellow cake mix according to the package, mixing in the eggs, vegetable oil, and water.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Cool the cake for 10-15 minutes, then poke holes across the surface with a wooden spoon handle.
  5. Mix the sweetened condensed milk with green food coloring (if using) and pour it over the holes in the cake.
  6. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to set.
