A comforting bowl of ramen, featuring tender chicken and a spicy creamy garlic sauce for a delightful meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by marinating the chicken. In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Mix well and let this blend sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Then, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken and cook it for about 6-7 minutes until it’s beautifully browned and cooked through.
  3. To infuse the dish with rich aroma, add the minced garlic and paprika into the pot. Sauté for about one minute until the garlic becomes fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and allow it to come to a rolling boil. Add the instant ramen noodles and cook them according to the package instructions, usually 3-4 minutes, until they are delightfully tender.
  5. Next, stir in the heavy cream and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste!
  6. Finally, ladle the ramen into bowls and garnish with the vibrant sliced green onions.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add fresh chili peppers or cayenne pepper. If preparing leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
