Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8-inch round cake pan.
  2. Grease the pan and line it with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the ground pistachio meal, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a medium mixing bowl.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and milk in a separate bowl until fully combined.

  6. Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
