Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until well combined.
  6. Fold in the cotton candy pieces gently.
  7. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 tablespoon each, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
