Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions, stirring frequently for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Mix in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Brown the beef stew meat in a separate pot over medium-high heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
