A magical dessert combining crispy coating and creamy vanilla ice cream for an unforgettable treat.

Ingredients

  • 950 ml Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 60 g Cornflakes, Crushed
  • 6 g Ground Cinnamon
  • 25 g Granulated Sugar
  • 950 ml Vegetable Oil
  • Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Maraschino Cherries

Instructions

  1. Scoop vanilla ice cream into balls and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  2. Mix crushed cornflakes, cinnamon, and sugar in a shallow dish.
  3. Roll frozen ice cream balls in the cornflake mixture and refreeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil to 190°C (375°F) in a deep fryer or heavy saucepan.
  5. Fry the coated ice cream balls for 15 to 30 seconds until golden brown.
  6. Drain excess oil using a slotted spoon on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and maraschino cherries.

Notes

Ensure ice cream balls are completely frozen before frying to prevent melting.
