Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

A sensational dish featuring succulent lobster tails coated in a rich garlic butter, perfectly balanced with lemon and herbs.

  • 4 Fresh or frozen lobster tails
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise and pull the meat out to lay on top of the shell.
  3. Mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake the lobster tails for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque and reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Drizzle remaining garlic butter over the lobster and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges before serving.

Notes

Quality matters; ensure lobster is fresh or fully thawed if frozen. Don’t overcook to avoid rubbery texture.
