Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise and lay the meat on top for presentation.
  2. Mix together the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the lobster is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Drizzle remaining garlic butter over the lobster and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Use kitchen shears for precise cuts on the lobster shell. Consider adding crushed red pepper flakes or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
