Delightful cheeseburger bombs filled with ground beef, gooey cheese, and aromatic garlic, all wrapped in a warm biscuit.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the ground beef along with the onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool, then stir in cheddar cheese.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
  6. Spoon the beef and cheese mixture onto each biscuit and fold edges to seal.
  7. Place on the baking sheet and brush with melted butter mixed with Parmesan, garlic, and parsley.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving, garnishing with parsley if desired.

Notes

For a twist, try adding cooked bacon or using different cheeses such as mozzarella or pepper jack.
