A rich and moist chocolate cake infused with sweetened condensed milk and caramel, topped with chocolate frosting and a mix of crunchy toppings.

  • 1 box of German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Chocolate frosting
  • Caramel frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the German chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Mix together the sweetened condensed milk with the caramel sauce in a bowl.
  6. Poke holes all over the surface of the warm cake using the back of a wooden spoon.
  7. Pour the sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce mixture over the cake.
  8. Let the cake cool completely.
  9. Frost the cake using rich chocolate frosting followed by caramel frosting.
  10. Sprinkle chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans on top.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
