A luxurious yet easy recipe for preparing succulent lobster tails broiled with a rich garlic butter sauce.

  • 4 10-oz Lobster tails
  • 1/4 cup Salted butter (melted; 1/2 stick)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Thaw the lobster tails by refrigerating overnight or submerging in cold water for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to Broil (500°F or 260°C) and adjust the rack.
  3. Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting down the center and spreading open the shell.
  4. Make the butter mixture by whisking melted butter, crushed garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  5. Broil the lobster tails until the meat is opaque and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.

Notes

Fresh lobster is key for the best flavor. Serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
