Delightful cookies combining chocolate, caramel, and Butterfinger candy for a unique treat.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1/2 cup caramel bits
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually add dry mixture to wet until just combined.
  7. Fold in Butterfinger candy, caramel bits, mini chocolate chips, and toffee bits.
  8. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  10. Let cookies cool on sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.

Notes

Sprinkle sea salt on warm cookies for extra flavor. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes before baking for less spreading.
