A delightful dish that marries classic meatloaf with vibrant Italian flavors, featuring ground chicken, Parmesan, and mozzarella.

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, marinara sauce, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and egg in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf form and place it in a greased baking dish. Top with marinara sauce and breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake for about 45-50 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Allow the meatloaf to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
