A low-carb twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, featuring juicy ground beef, crispy veggies, and creamy cheese wrapped in delicious Monterey jack cheese.

  • 2 cups Monterey jack cheese (shredded)
  • 16 ounces ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper.
  3. Drain the excess grease from the beef.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir until the cheese melts and blends with the meat and veggies.
  6. Prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet and create 8 circles of shredded Monterey jack cheese.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly, then add filling and roll up the cheese into wraps.

Notes

Consider adding sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor, or spice things up with jalapeños or red pepper flakes. You can use other cheeses like provolone or cheddar based on preference.
