  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Graham cracker crumbs for topping
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour 2 cups of heavy cream into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Beat the cream with a mixer until soft peaks form.
  3. Slowly add 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, mixing gently.
  4. Measure out 1/2 cup of key lime juice and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, stirring in.
  5. Finish off with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, whisking until smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and follow the instructions.
  7. Churn until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  8. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and smooth out the top.
  9. Freeze for at least four hours.
  10. Serve with graham cracker crumbs and a lime slice on top.
