A creamy and zesty cheesecake that combines the richness of cream cheese with the crunch of Oreo cookies, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs (about 15 Oreo cookies)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup lemon curd (for topping, optional)
  • 1/4 cup Oreo cookie crumbs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine the Oreo cookie crumbs with melted butter until fully coated.
  3. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and cool.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, beating until fluffy.
  7. Mix in the fresh lemon juice and lemon zest until smooth.
  8. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  9. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
  11. Cool inside the oven for one hour with the door slightly cracked.
  12. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Top with lemon curd and Oreo crumbs for added decoration. Allow cream cheese to soften for a smoother texture.
