Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless ribeye steaks, sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (for the garlic butter sauce)
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Begin by boiling salted water in a large pot. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, approximately 4-6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak slices with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned and tender. Set aside to rest.
  3. Make the garlic butter sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter. Let it melt, then add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant. Stir in red pepper flakes, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and beef broth. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Combine the noodles: Return cooked noodles to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce until coated. Add the seared steak slices and mix thoroughly.
  5. Garnish and serve: Plate hot, garnished with parsley and grated Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Slice steak against the grain for tenderness. Use a hot skillet for searing to lock in moisture. Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
