A delightful dessert blending creamy cheesecake with zesty lime and fresh blackberries, served in charming jars.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing the crust. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and ground cinnamon, mixing until fully combined. Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture is crumbly. Press this mixture firmly into the bottoms of the mason jars to form an even crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add the lime juice and zest to the mixture, folding gently until evenly distributed. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in each jar.
  5. Top off each jar with fresh blackberries, arranging them beautifully atop the cheesecake layer. Drizzle honey if desired.
  6. Finally, refrigerate the jars for at least 120 minutes or overnight before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth blend. Ensure heavy cream is whipped to stiff peaks for the best texture.
