  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the lobster tails generously with melted butter and season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until the meat is opaque and flaky.
  4. Meanwhile, in a skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously, and let it simmer gently until slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  7. Once the lobster tails are plated, pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the top and garnish with chopped parsley.
