A delightful keto-friendly twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, featuring tender ground beef, aromatic vegetables, and creamy cheese all rolled up for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 16 ounces ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  3. Drain the excess grease from the beef.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese to the skillet, seasoning with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Stir the mixture until the cream cheese melts and blends beautifully with the beef and veggies.
  6. Prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet and create 8 circles of shredded Monterey jack cheese.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, watching closely until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Cool the baked cheese slightly, then add the beef and veggie filling and carefully roll up the cheese into wraps.

Notes

For best results, use freshly shredded cheese and allow the cheese to cool slightly before rolling. Consider using ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
