Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsburyâ„¢ refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray to prepare for your delicious creations.
  3. Cook the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  4. Drain any excess fat and mix in the taco seasoning and salsa, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  6. Grab a spoonful of the seasoned meat mixture and place it on the wide end of each triangle, topping generously with cheese and olives.
  7. Roll the triangles from the wide end, tucking in the filling securely.
  8. Arrange the rolled Taco Sticks seam-side down on the greased baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and puffed.
  10. Allow to cool slightly and garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

Be cautious not to overfill the crescent rolls, and ensure edges are sealed to trap the filling.
