A delightful fusion of buttery croissant dough filled with melted mozzarella and savory pepperoni, perfect for a quick snack or meal.

  • 1 can refrigerated croissant dough (8 rolls)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the refrigerated croissant dough and gently separate the triangles.
  3. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese onto each triangle.
  4. Scatter the chopped pepperoni slices over the cheese.
  5. Roll up each croissant from the wide end towards the pointed tip.
  6. Arrange the rolled croissants on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
  8. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Cool for a minute before serving with marinara sauce on the side.

Notes
